Shipping Policy
At Parts Line Inc., your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring that all shipments from the United States to Kazakhstan are handled safely, reliably, and within the expected time frame.
Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
In cases of high order volume, please allow up to a few extra days for processing. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
Delivery from the USA to Kazakhstan
We ship from USA to Kazakhstan using trusted international express carriers like FedEx, DHL, or AEC Parcel Service.
Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days after dispatch.
For oversized or heavy items (e.g., rooftop tents, awnings, drawer systems, cargo slides), we may offer sea freight as a cost-effective alternative. Delivery by sea can take 30–45 working days.
Shipping Charges and Customs
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the product size, weight, and shipping method.
- For each additional item in your cart, the shipping fee may increase accordingly.
- Customs clearance fees (brokerage) are also calculated at checkout and included in the final order total.
- Import duties and VAT in Kazakhstan are the responsibility of the buyer and are usually collected by the courier at delivery.
Pre-Orders
For items currently not in stock or in transit to our warehouse, estimated delivery dates shown at checkout may not be exact.
Please contact us directly to confirm the expected delivery timeline for such orders.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a customer:
- Refuses the shipment,
- Does not respond to the courier’s delivery attempts, or
- Declines to pay customs duties or VAT upon delivery,
the package will be returned to the U.S., and only the value of the goods will be refunded, excluding shipping and customs costs.
The cost of return shipping will also be deducted from the refund amount.
No refund is possible if the shipment is not returned or the item is non-returnable.
Tracking & Support
Once your order ships, we will send:
- A tracking number, and
- Courier contact information to your registered email or via WhatsApp / Telegram
You can track your package using your Order ID on our website.
