Returns and Refund Policy

1. Returns Policy

Our company is responsible for the quality of the goods sold and will accept returns of defective items during the warranty period.

Returns are accepted if a defect is clearly visible.

Return conditions:

  • The item has not been used and is in the original condition.
  • It has been less than 30 days since the date of purchase.

Packaging conditions:

  • Original factory packaging, no oil, grease, fuel, or installation marks.
  • Shipping cost is paid by the sender (except seller’s fault).

If the wrong product was sent or the product differs from the description, return shipping is paid by the seller.

If a part fails after installation, we accept the return with:

  • Service invoice with vehicle details
  • Service claim report indicating defect

If the customer simply changes their mind, all return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

2. Return Process

  2. You will receive a confirmation within 1–2 business days.
  3. After confirmation, send the item to:

  1. Send tracking number to our email.
  2. After receiving the item, we inspect it.
  3. If there’s any mismatch, we’ll contact you.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed for shipping.

If already shipped, wait for delivery and initiate a return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the item is shipped.

4. Refund

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: some banks or payment systems may take additional time to process the refund.
