TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General

These Terms govern your purchase from 4x4line.kz. By ordering, you agree to all terms herein.

Customer: individual or entity buying from our site.

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • Our product listings are invitations to purchase.
  • Your order becomes final once confirmed by us.
  • Payment must be completed in full before shipment.

3. Prices and Payments

  • Prices shown are in KZT (or USD/KZT) and don’t include shipping, customs, or VAT.
  • Shipping cost and customs brokerage are calculated at checkout.
  • Payment methods: SWIFT bank transfer (active), card payments (Stripe/PayPal) coming soon.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Orders processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery time to Kazakhstan: 10–14 business days via DHL, FedEx, etc.
  • Heavy or oversized goods: sea freight, 30–45 days.
  • Buyer pays import duties and VAT.
  • Tracking info sent by email after shipment.

5. Returns and Withdrawal Rights

  • You may cancel your order before packing for shipment.
  • Returns allowed within 30 days of delivery: item unused, original packaging intact. Return shipping is at buyer’s expense unless wrong/defective item shipped.
  • Faulty items reported within 24 months (warranty): repairs, replacements, or refund handled per Warranty Policy.
  • Refunds exclude shipping/customs and may be reduced by these costs and return shipping.

6. Warranty and Defects

  • 24‑month warranty from delivery date.
  • Report defects via email. After approval, send defective item to our US address (mentioned above). On receipt, we resolve within 60 days (extensions possible).
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repair, or force majeure. See Warranty Policy.

7. Privacy and Cookies

  • We collect personal data for order processing and service improvement under our Privacy Policy.
  • Site uses cookies—optional, but required for full functionality. Disabling cookies may limit features.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages.
  • Risk transfers to you once goods are delivered.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of purchased goods.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms governed by laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Disputes are resolved in Kazakhstan courts.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms; amended version applies one day after publication.
