Warranty Policy (24 Months)

We provide a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery on all products sold through 4x4line

If the product develops a physical defect within this period due to manufacturing issues, we will:

  • repair the product,
  • or replace it with a new one,
  • or offer a refund or partial compensation, depending on the situation.

Customer Support and Quick Resolution

To avoid delays, if a defect is confirmed, we will ship a replacement product immediately at no cost to the customer — so you don’t have to wait for repair time.

Return Shipping Covered

If the defective item needs to be sent back to the U.S., we will:

  • cover all shipping costs and provide clear instructions for return.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Continued use after the defect has been noticed.
  • Accidents, fire, water, chemicals, or other external factors.
  • Repairs performed by the customer or third parties.
  • Products returned without prior approval or after the 24-month period.

If the issue is not covered by warranty, we may offer replacement parts at cost price, with international shipping available.
